Your progress, your settings, your trophies, your classes and your account will be deleted. This cannot be undone, and there is no backup.
Your account with its email address and display name, your learning progress, your settings, your devices, everything you wrote as feedback, your reports and blocks, and your group memberships with points, trophies, prizes, reactions and nudges, and the identifiers of your devices for notifications. If you lead a group, the member who has been in it longest takes over; if you are its only member, it is deleted. Prizes you set or awarded as a lead stay in the group and in the others’ results, without your name. This happens right away, not on a delay. If you are in a class, your consent there is withdrawn and you leave it; if you lead classes, they are deleted with their student lists.
Nothing of classes remains. Usage statistics with no link to you: we remove the connection to your account. The entries stay for 12 months, then we combine them into daily counts that cannot be linked to anyone. Technical error reports: 90 days. Account emails: up to 30 days with our email provider. Technical logs, for example from signing in: up to 7 days. Server logs: around 180 days.
